When you get back home after a long and tiring day what all do you crave for?If you ask me,I would say I will want a relaxing atmosphere where I don't have to take care of anything. That means I will want HOME. The laid back atmosphere and the joy of being served food wherever you are, amazing. Ok now let's talk about the recipe which reminds me of my childhood. It's beerakaya aka ridge gourd chtney. Lightly fried ridge gourd is blended with hot chillies and tangy tamarind and it gets me nostalgic.

I just came to know there's a event being held. It sounds very apt for me. It's all about quick and simple meals for summer and you can find the details here. I am sending this recipe for the same.
